Question:
We have a 2009 Tacoma crew cab/double cab with a short bed 5. It currently has a track facing inside on the side of the side rail. Can this be used to hold down the rack or does it have to be removed. What are our options for this truck - I have to be sure before I order online - for obvious reasons. We need to carry a 22foot ladder 12foot folded and 14foot rails. Is this one appropriate and will fit? Any others? Thanks.

Your 2009 Toyota Tacoma has what is called the Deck Rail system. There are ladder racks that use that system to mount but # TH37004XT-EX is not one of them. For a similar rack that does and will fit your truck use # TH27000XT-501EX. I have also included a link to all of the ladder racks that fit the 2009 Tacoma with the Deck Rail system.
