Question:
Would I need one set two jacks or two sets four jacks for my View? Is the weight rating per jack, or for the pair?

Each jack of the Scissor Jacks part # JSC-30 are rated for 5,000 lbs of stabilization. That means that they can stabilize up to 10k if you do a set of two. That doesn't mean lift the trailer off the ground though.
Most people have luck with just a single set but if you wanted to run them on all corners of the trailer you would get a rock solid setup.
