For baseplates on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock Edition the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit # 1444-1 will work great with your Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-522. You can also use the safety cables # RM-643 and the installation of the base plates calls for Locktite # LT37420.

For a wiring kit, the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil # RM-15267 is confirmed to work on your Jeep. It includes all the wiring, connectors, and diodes you'll need. It also comes with the 7-wire to 6-wire cord to connect the Jeep to your RV.

If you don't already have one you may also be interested in a supplemental braking system. Many states require the use of a braking system when flat towing. I recommend The Blue Ox Patriot # BRK2012 because of how easy it is to setup and use. This is a proportional system that applies the brakes in your Jeep with the same intensity as the braking of your RV. To power the Patriot you may need a 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332.

Finally, to prevent your Jeep's brake signal from overriding the RV's turn signals you'll want the Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400. This allows the signal lights on the Jeep to flash in tandem with the RV's lights even when the brake pedal is being pressed.

I have the same rig. I have a winch mounted with a maximus 3 mounting plate. Will the equipment specified here still work? or is there a conflict with the winch, etc.
