Can I use the 10 volt system instead Im having issues with room on my frame doing the 4 bolt system to the frame it would be much much more easy to use the 10 bolt system. I have the extended Kingpin on the camper Im going to be Towing and I have to use this truck and it seems that Im going to need to use the 10 volt system please let me know.

Outboard fifth wheel brackets are much easier to install than the inboard ones like what you have and are trying to install on your 2010 Dodge Ram short bed. Since the rails and brackets are both different in design you would have to go with new rails and brackets.
For that you would want the outboard kit part # RP56011-53 which is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Dodge Ram. The rails are slightly taller but will be much easier to install. This rail kit will be compatible with the Curt hitch you have too.
