Question:

will a Falcon 2 towbar that fits a Saturn Vue Blue Ox base plate that uses pins fit this Roadmaster base plate? I will be using the Rodamster base plate on a 2011 Chevy Equinox.

Using your Falcon 2 Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates, item # RM-525, with Roadmaster Base Plates, item # RM-523160-4, on your 2011 Chevy Equinox, will require the use of a set of Roadmaster Falcon 2 Replacement Swivel Collar, item # RM-9200-4. You would need to remove the Blue Ox adapters each time and install the swivel ears if you will be switching between vehicles.

A better solution, if you are switching between vehicles would be to go with the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit, item # RM-523160-4, that you mentioned, and a Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter, item # RM-032. This option will allow you to connect your # RM-525 with Blue Ox adapters directly to the Equinox and the Vue, without changing out the swivel ears.

The best solution might be to just go with the Blue Ox Base Plates, # BX1689, on your Equinox and eliminate the need for any type of adapter.
