Are the 1 inch holes for the rails eleven or eleven and one quarter inches on center apart?

I went to our warehouse and measured the hole diameter and hole spacing of the Stromberg Carlson Replacement Aluminum Ladder Rung # 8538-T. Each hole measures 15/16-inch in diameter and their center-to-center spacing is 11-1/16-inches.
