Your size ST235/80R16 special trailer tires are right under 31-inches in overall diameter (please refer to the linked article) and so for winter storage covers you can use Classic Accessories tire cover set # 052963762501 in snow white, or the gray cover set # CA80084. Both are a set of two storage covers. Additional options are shown on the linked page.
For severe conditions it is recommended to double up on the covers to protect your trailer tires from ultraviolet rays and the effects of snow and ice exposure.
