Question:

I recently noticed my valley hitch needs to be replaced. Can you tell me what hitch I can purchase from You that I will allow me to keep the factory ford trailer wiring that is mounted to the bottom of the bumper I. The same location. My I do not know the valley part number but I know it is rated 12000 lbs weight carrying. Im really looking for. Plug and play hitch without using any of the hose clamp adapters. I have a full size spare 8 ft bed. 4x4. My buddy has a draw tite 41931 and he had to relocate the factory trailer wiring out from underneath the bumper where it should be bolted. I need to keep mine where it is. Thanks for your help.

We offer several sizes and classes of hitch for your 2002 Ford F-250 that can be seen on the linked page. These include Class III and Class IV hitches in the 2-inch size as well as 2-1/2-inch Class V hitches like Draw-Tite # DT45514. The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch # 41931 you referenced is a 2-inch Class IV type that fits later model years of the F-250 and F-350 but not your 2002.

The Draw-Tight 2-1/2-inch hitch # DT45514 includes a welded-on mounting point for a 4-pole trailer connector bracket like # 18144 - no ring clamp required.
