do you have a switch that would accommodate 3 of these heater pads? thank you,

As long as the switch can handle the amperage load of two of the heating pads part # 277-000163 yes it would be fine. This heating pad draws 5.8 amps. So the switch would need to be able to accommodate 9.6 amps.
The part # D16740 would easily handle the amperage.
