Solution to Hold Swinging Trailer Doors Open

I am looking for a way to secure swing dump trailer doors all the way open while the trailer is dumping. What you have that you would recommend? I have a chain on the doors and had a hook on the trailer to hold them but it has been bending and the doors occasionally slide off the hook. Maybe some sort of weldable safety hook or other system?

What we have is a Hook and Keepr # PLR9-SS in stainless steel, # PLR9-A in aluminum, and # 383400 zinc plated.
These are used to hold trailer doors open similarly to how you are using a hook and chain. One piece is conneted to the side of the trailer and the other is connected to the door. The hook slides inside of the keeper when open to hold the door in place.
