Is etrailer.com Cargo Bag 988501 Winter Proof

Question:
I have all my camping gear in the bag on my class c hitch. Is this bag winter proof? I really dont want to remove everything at the end of the year. Thanks!

The etrailer Cargo Bag w/ Mounting Straps # 988501 would prevent snow from getting into the bag. It would take a heavy downpour for water to make it into the bag. If the flaps are fully over the zipper it would stay dry.
