For a 4-5 inch grinder, I assume you mean an angle grinder that you'd like to carry with your trailer. There are a few items that I can think of that may work, so I'll give you some ideas. The Rack'em Lubrication Rack Quart-Sized Bin Add-On, # RA-10B, or the larger size # RA-10C is a nice easy installation and will be a universal tray for you to utilize.
If you have an E-Track system, the Brophy Vertical Tool Holder for E-Track - 2" Inner Diameter, # ETVH, may be an option based on the diameter of the handle on your grinder.
Another possible option is the Tow-Rax Air Pressure Gauge Holder - Aluminum, # TWSPSAGHA.
Hopefully these ideas help as we don't have a specific fit for a grinder.
