The CIPA Dual-View Clip-On Towing Mirror # 11953 is a universal fit item that is designed to fit on virtually any mirror. It will fit on most 7 to 10 inch tall mirrors. If the mirrors on your 2001 Ford F-150 have an outer plastic housing that is separate from the actual mirror, it will work. The clips on the tow mirror will connect to the plastic housing of your factory mirror, and the strap crosses the back of the mirror to clamp the towing mirror to your vehicles mirror.
