Will Glacier V-Tra Cable Snow Tire Chains Fit 2016 Ram 2500

Question:
2016 Dodge Ram Laramie Crew Cab with 6.7L Cummins automatic Will the Glacier 2114V chain contact the brake cable? I just returned a set of Security SZ462 Super Z8 chains not to etrailer because they would contact the brake cable.

Expert Reply:
If you have clearance problems you will need to settle for Class-S rated chains on your 2016 Ram 2500.
if you have 275/70-18 or 285/70-17 sized tires you can use Glacier cable snow chains # PW3029C.
You should consult your owner's manual to see if there are any restrictions on tire chains.
If you hav a different tire size than what I listed above let me know and we can look at other options that will be a fit for you.
