I see that this part and the bvc0573-31 look to be exactly the same.. same color and same fitment. Can you tell me if there is a difference?

I reached out to my contact at Ventline and the Replacement Screen Frame with Screen for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vents - Birch White, # BVC0573-31 is for use with manual lift vents. The # BVC0573-32 is for powered lift vents.
