Question:
Would the winch pull a 2500 lb. boat on a trailer at a 10 degree angle.

Assuming that your trailer has bunk rollers instead of boards, the Dutton-Lainson Strong Arm Electric Winch, part # DL25200 should be able to handle that 2500 lb boat with no problem.
If the trailer just has boards, the resistance they would cause against the bottom of the boat would limit the capacity of the winch.
