I see the discussion with the 2010 Ford F-150 but does the 2300B slip on tow mirror fit the 2009 F-150. Thanks

Yes, the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # CTM2300B will fit a 2009 Ford F-150. The mirrors come with mounting hardware. If your vehicle has LED turn signals the towing mirrors will fit, they will just cover up the LED turn signals.
