To access the battery in your 2016 Prius, you will need to remove the seat portion of the passenger side rear seat. This should expose your battery. Next, you will simply remove the passenger side trim in the rear of the vehicle and run the power wire of your Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite with 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit, # C59496 behind that molding on the passenger side from the rear light to the back seat and make your connection to the battery. Make sure your in-line fuse is accessible either under the seat or at the tail light versus behind that molded panel for accessibility. Then reinstall the plastic trim/molding being careful not to pinch or crimp the wire and finally, reinstall the rear seat. All of the connections will be the same as those in the attached video.
