The helmet shelf is 7inch tall . how high the the shelf from the bottom ?

Actually the overall height of the Helmet Rack part # TWSP1HS that you referenced is 7 inches from the very bottom to the top of the back. If you check out the picture I attached you will see our demo guy take this measurement.
