Is There Drilling Required to Install Draw Tite Hitch 41549 on a 2004 Ford F-150
Published 11/17/2016 >
Question:
Does this model require any drilling or are the holes already in the frame to receive bolts? Im not comfortable with drilling into my frame but if no drilling is required, then I can do it. Does it require a torque wrench?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 41549 is a fit for your 2004 Ford F-150 and only would require drilling if you have a flare side model since the vibration dampeners cannot be reinstalled. In this situation only a 7/16 inch hole would be drilled.
If you don't have a flare side no drilling would be required. You will want a torque wrench too.
