Is the middle cap the same size as the side caps on the thule 990xt?

Replacement End Cap # 853-7484 is designed for the center, end of the Thule Doubletrack TH990XT. But it is the only end cap replacement for that rack and customers have used it as a replacement for all of the end caps on that rack.
