Question:

Pretty green on RVing. Looking for a tow bar for RV to tow my 2014 dodge dart. Think I might have found what I am looking for but because I am new to this would like a professionals opinion on whether it is what I need and what other accessories I would need to go with it. thank you.

We can help you select the items you'll need to tow your Dart.

Safe and legal flat towing requires a few components including a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit of some sort, a high/low hitch adapter and for the towed car a set of base plates and a braking system. You can learn more about each of these by reviewing the linked articles on flat towing. Your Dart owner's manual should also be consulted (check the index for the heading 'recreational towing') in case there are any special preparation steps required to flat tow the car.

Starting with base plates, I recommend the Blue Ox kit # BX2410 which fits all versions of the car. For a tow bar you can use their excellent Alpha # BX7380, which includes the safety cables. For a lighting kit I like the magnetic set you referenced, part # TL21RK, for their low price and easy installation. For a braking system you can't beat the Patriot # BLU37TR which is fully portable and features wireless operation. This will slow the Dart in direct proportion to the rate of deceleration in the MH.

For a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level you can refer to the linked article and the linked page that shows all such adapters. An item like # RM-048-6 will give you 6-inches of height drop (or rise).
