Can Water be Completely Removed from Holding Tank to Avoid Using Anti-Freeze

Question:
The drain outlet is a half in from the bottom of the tank to drain completely. How do you remove the remaining water. Dont want to use antifreeze.

You might be able to get some sort of wet/dry vacuum attachment in there to suck up some of the remaining water in the tank. But it is unlikely you will be able to get it all. The only way to ensure that the water still inside doesn't freeze is to use non-toxic RV anti-freeze.
