I believe you meant to type 366.5 cm wheelbase as that would equal 144 inches which the Draw Tite hitch part # 75549 would be a fit for your 2016 Mercedes Sprinter if you didn't have the factory step bumper. If you did have the factory step bumper you would want the part # 75601.
