There is one trailer hitch that you can potentially use on your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 passenger van with the factory step bumper, which is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75601.

The only potential caveat is that this hitch will not fit if your Sprinter has a 30-3/8" frame (measured from outside to outside of frame), so you are going to need to measure to ensure your frame does not have that measurement. If so, this hitch will absolutely work for your '19 Sprinter 2500 passenger van and give you a strong, durable hitch with a 5,000 lb towing capacity and 500 lb tongue weight capacity.
