The Reese 5th Wheel Slider Hitch complete head assembly you mentioned, # RP30047A does have a separate handle replacement. This separate replacement handle is part # 58055. This handle will fit on many different Reese, Draw-Tite, and Hidden Hitch Fifth Wheel Hitches.
If you are looking for the square replacement handle for the slider, then the # 58161 is a fit for your hitch. The entire slider and roller assembly is also available and is # RP50024.
