The only fifth wheel option we have that would allow you to use a custom-fit fifth wheel hitch rail kit in the bed of your 1999 Dodge Ram is the B and W rail kit part # BWGNRK1394-5W that also doubles as a gooseneck hitch.
Then for a slider hitch you would need the Companion part # BWRVK3400-5W. This is the nicest hitch setup around that I know will work well for you.
