I contacted our representative at Redline and he informed me that the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4 Front, 1-1/2 Rear, part # APS4, must be welded to the trailer frame. He informed me that there should be a hole to make a Button Weld.
I would recommend having a trailer professional install part # APS4.
