I spoke to my contact at DeeZee and the Brite-Tread Running Boards # DZ1034 step platform will be 2.47 inches below the seem that mates with the underside of the door sill.
For example: if your door sill is currently 20 inches tall from the pavement and the bottom of the sill lets say is 3 inches from the top; then the top of the step platform on the DZ step will be 5.47 inches from the top of the sill making it 14.53 inches from the ground.
To determine your exact height you will just need to measure down 2.47 inches from the bottom of the sill.
I have linked the above mentioned product to this page for your convenience.
