Hello, Thanks for the video which is very helpful. Since I didnt see the original spare tire was put back to its original place at the end of video after hitch was installed, I wonder if this is still doable, to have both spare tire and hitch at their place. I have a 2011 MDX. Thanks,

For a Curt hitch confirmed to fit your 2011 Acura MDX that allows you to keep the full size spare tire you would want the part # 13354. The spare would need to get removed during the install process but can be reinstalled once the hitch is fully installed.
