I would like a recommendation for a set of roof racks for 2013 Kia Sportage with naked roof...will be wanting to attach kayak attachments and maybe bike attachments later...please advise ...thank you!!!

For a kayak carrier our most popular option is the Thule Hullaport part # TH834 which is a J-style carrier that would work well for you and fits the Rhino Rack.
Then for a frame mounted roof bike rack the Thule # TH599000 would be an excellent option as well.
