Question:
I have a 2009 Range Rover Sport and I wanted to ask if there is a small snow plow that would work. How would it attach, any work that is needed for it?

I have a solution that would allow you to mount a snow plow at the rear of your 2009 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, but not at the front since we don't carry any front hitches for your vehicle.
For a hitch for the rear of your vehicle (if you do not have one already) you would want the Curt part # 13456 which is a confirmed fit as long as you have an HSE model.
Then for a smaller plow that would work well for you I would recommend the K2 # K2AVAL8219. Check out the review video link I attached that shows how well it works and how easy it is to use.
