How to Carry Fishing Poles on Roof of Vehicle

I have the aero crossbars for a subaru, i am looking to purchase clamps which allow me to clamp a fishing rodmy roof. Have anything that could allow me to do this?

For a roof rack mounted carrier to carry fishing poles what a lot of people use are ski and snowboard racks like the Yakima FatCat EVO 6, part # Y03096 . The poles would get clamped in the rack just like a snowboard or ski would.
