I have a 2016 Ram Cummins 2500 4WD Tradesman long bed, for the front mud flap installation do the front chip guards on the truck have to be removed or can the flaps be installed over it? Happy trails,

Yes, the plastic guards that run around the wheel wells of your truck that you send a picture of would need to be removed to install the part # WT110026.
If you didn't remove them the mudflaps wouldn't sit flush.
