I am looking to purchase as yakima cargo box. I have a 2012 honda crv ex l with factor cross racks/rails. The rails are 32 in spacing center to center. The car also has a factory installed xm antenna. At rail height the antenna is 11 inches from the rear rail center.

I have a solution for you, but when I checked with Yakima my contact told me the Rocket Box Pro 14 # Y07192 is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Honda CR-V. I checked the spacing for your antenna with the 14 and it appears it will impact per your measurement provided.
A comparable rooftop box from Thule that is similar sized and priced to the Yakima rooftop box is the Pulse Medium # TH614. I have linked a video for you to check out. This cargo box can hold 14 cubic feet of cargo and fits crossbar spreads of 23-5/8 through 35-3/8 inches. It will also have a front clearance of 42-5/8 inches which will work great for your antenna on your CR-V EX.
