I am looking for the whole lock assembly for a Thule Cascade 1500 677. Someone broke into the unit and broke off the whole assembly. Do you sell replacement lock assembly parts and a core for this unit? Also, can you provide directions on how to install the new unit? Attached is a picture. Thanks for your help.

Thule doesn't offer a replacement lock housing for the Cascade 1500, I'm sorry to say. In this situation, your best bet will be to either replace the box with something of similar size like the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box, part # TH615. The box has 16 cubic feet of storage space that can handle 6-8 pairs of skis up to 181 cm in length or 4-6 snowboards.
As another option, you could repair the box after a fashion. Install two hasps such as part # 720DPF and lock the hasps with two padlocks like # ML1KA. If you wish, you can choose the 'keyed alike' option from the drop down menu so both locks use the same key. Rather than using the attachment screws provided with the hasp, you'd want to bolt the hasp in place using nuts, bolts and some washers.
