Question:
I have a 2017 Chryslar Pacificia Limited with Hands free sliding doors and tailgate. You move your foot under the bumper and the tailgate opens. Will this Drawtite trailer hitch interfere with this feature?

Expert Reply:
For your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica the Draw Tite Hitch part # 36798 is a confirmed fit and would still allow you to use your hands free liftgate. At the very worst you might have to run your foot to either side of the hitch opening but it will still work just fine. This is a 1-1/4 inch hitch which would work just fine for you for a small trailer or bike rack, but since more accessories are made for 2 inch hitches and they have higher capacities I would recommend you go with the part # e98903 instead as it is a 2 inch hitch confirmed to fit your vehicle.
