Does the Pacer Performance Hi-Five Truck Cab Lights use Two Wires and # 67 Bulbs

Question:
If I order these lights can you guarantee they will be two wire lights and come with the #67 metal base bulbs? I need these and not the single wire with the thin bulb base.
