Do you carry a nylon Hat style leaf spring bushing ID=1/2inch OD=11/16inch for an old style boat trailer?

Based on the dimensions you provided you should be able to use TruRyde Nylon Bushing # TRBU11506 which has an inner diameter of 1/2-inch and an outer diameter of 11/16-inch. The bushing is 1-3/4-inches long to fit standard leaf springs like those shown on the linked page.
