Does this fit on all roadmaster tow bars? Have a Falcon5250 tow bar and tow a 2015 Ford explorer.

The Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard # RM-4000 fits all Roadmaster tow bars with quick disconnects. Also it will NOT work on a vehicle that has MX or MS style base plates. The Falcon 5250 did use quick disconnects so they will work together as long as your 2015 Ford Explorer is not using the MX or MS base plates.
For the 2015 Ford Explorer Roadmaster has 2 base plate options. There is an MX series which is # 4427-3A. The Guardian will not work with these base plates. There is also an XL set, # 4427-1A, and the Guardian is compatible with these XL plates.
