I have a f150 crew cab short box 2015 with BandW ball hitch in box will the air lift 88105 work with this type of hitch system.

I have a suspension enhancement system I can recommend for your 2015 Ford F-150, but none of the air bag kits are going to work for you as their install brackets would interfere with the B and W hitch you have installed.
Instead I would recommend the Timbren part # TFR1504E which is a confirmed fit and due to it's design would not interfere with the hitch. Also it wouldn't require any air line or pressure maintaining.
