I want a spare breakaway plug for my Stay and Play Duo but the only one I see listed is for the Air Force One. Are they the same breakaway switch?

Great news! I was able to go out to the warehouse and look at the SMI Stay and Play Duo # SM99251 to compare the breakaway plugs.
I found that they are exactly the same plug/key, so the # SM99905 you were looking at will work for both the Air Force One # SM99243 and your Stay and Play Duo # SM99251.
It's always better to have a replacement ready and on hand just in case. I have linked all the above mentioned parts to this page for your purchasing convenience.
