can you tell me what to torque the bolts that hold the coupler to the channel

The bolts for channel mount coupler # CTA-400 have the markings for grade 8 bolts. They are 5/8 inch coarse threaded bolts so the minimum torque value is 159 and the max is 212 (foot pounds). Once torqued down the force will cause the metal of the channel to flex inward some.
