Yes, when people install light bars at the rear of their vehicle like what you often see below the tailgate of a truck it's trailer wiring that gets used to activate it. If you were talking about a lightbar like what you see on a police car, we don't have a solution for that...
So for your 2014 Kia Soul you would want the # 118637 which I attached an install video for.
