Question:
I purchased a tekonsha bike controller and a wire harness 3020-p to convert my 2005 dodge ram 1500 4 way flat to 7 way round adapter. The 7 way round plug has the blue wire for brake control wiring that needs to be ran to the brake controller harness. Do I splice into the truck side of the factory wiring harness or the brake control side of the 3020-p wiring harness? Or does it even matter? Please help. Thank you.

On some Dodge Ram trucks the blue brake output wire terminated in a connector along the driver's side wheel well. Since you are routing the wiring any way I recommend attach it to the blue wire coming out of the brake controller by removing it from the end of the # 3020-P harness that plugs into the truck.
