I have BW Rails in my 99 F350..pin holes left o Right 20 5/8 center to center-front to back 217/8 sounds like the 22K Reese will fit is there any reason that it wont?

It sounds like you have B&W rails # BWRVR3200 in your 1999 Ford F-350. These are industry standard rails which do have the same mounting slot measurements you have provided. This means that the Reese 22K 5th wheel hitch # RP30033 will fit! I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
