If your 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is still using the factory rear coil springs you will be able to use the Air Lift Springs you were looking at # AL60817. These will work with a lift kit. To make inflating the air bags convenient, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller I Compressor System # AL25651. This compressor system will allow you to monitor the air in each of your air bags, provides auto-leveling and you can add air to one or both air bags at a time right on your vehicle.
If your 2008 Jeep Wrangler no longer has the factory springs, I recommend you use the Super Springs Rear SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper System # SSR-405-47. These springs will fit with a lifted Jeep that do not have the factory springs installed. This system is not adjustable like the airbags, so when you are not towing or are not carrying a lot of weight, you will have a stiffer ride compared to the air bags.
I attached installation instructions for both Suspension Enhancement Systems and the on board air compressor you may want to check out.
