Power steering coolers, like the Derale # D13212, are not vehicle specific. So you can use this cooler, or any one that will fit in the available space under the hood, on your 2006 Honda Pilot.
The dimensions of the # D13212 are 8-1/8 inches wide by 5 inches tall by 3/4 inches deep.
