I have some 3inch Round nerf bars and I need the mounting brackets to fit my1997 f250 heavy duty extended cab, Are these the right ones?

Both nerf bars and the installation kits to mount them are vehicle-specific, which means that both the bars and the hardware have to be intended for your specific vehicle, your 1997 Ford F-250 super duty extended cab.

The linked page displays all Westin tube steps that fit your Ford truck. Just select your cab style from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Once you identify the kit you have you can select the appropriate hardware kit. For example, if you have Westin Signature Series Round Nerf Bars # 25-0625 you can use replacement hardware kit # 46-0619.

The Replacement Mounting Brackets and Hardware Kit # 23-232PK that you referenced fits Westin's E-Series 3-inch round nerf bars # 23-2320 and # 23-2325. These kits fit only Dodge trucks so they cannot be installed on your Ford.
