Can the Blaylock Door Lock # BLDL-80 Prevent Someone from Getting Locked in Trailer
Published 05/25/2016 >
Question:
I just bought a cargo trailer that has been converted into a camper. It has a bar latch to close it which works great if your not inside sleeping....I was wondering if this Blaylock can be use without the bar in the closed positions? Dont like the idea of being locked inside..... there is no other way of getting out the the box. I looked at the pull latches but my door is almost 2inch deep. Thank you ,

Yes, the Blaylock Door Lock # BLDL-80 can work on a bar latch system without the latch in the hasps. This would work well for you to prevent someone from playing a terrible practical joke on you by locking you in the trailer. Just make sure you don't let anyone have access to the extra key!
